2. Cut 36x12-inch piece of heavy-duty foil; place on cookie sheet. Place muffin halves on foil; spoon chicken mixture onto muffin halves. Place one slice cheese over each. Wrap securely in foil, using double-fold seals (allow space between cheese and top of packet to prevent cheese from sticking). 3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until sandwiches are hot. Makes 6 open-faced sandwiches. |
