Yield: About 3/4 cup.

  • 3 T. dried basil
  • 2 T. dried savory
  • 2 T. dried celery seed
  • 1-1/2 T. dried sage
  • 1 T. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. powdered kelp
  • 1 T. dried marjoram
Powder the herbs in a spice grinder or a blender.

Great in soups and stews. Also recommended for seasoning beans.
